Shipping Times:

All purchases are sent via Australia Post. We aim to send orders 1-3 business days after payment is received. Please note orders will only be processed during the working week Mon-Fri. 

Standard Shipping:

3-5 business days to metro areas

5+ business days to regional areas

7+ business days to NT/WA

Express Shipping:

1-3 Business days to metro areas

Any dates for delivery are a guide only. Please also be aware that a business day is Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm and as such does not include weekends, public holidays, or periods outside of those time frames.

The delivery of your order is trackable via Australia Post. Please allow for 24 hours once your order has been sent to receive tracking information before contacting support.


Although we try our best to get your items shipped and delivered within the estimated times this is not always possible due to reasons beyond our control (Global pandemic's, disrupted postal services, busy periods such as Christmas etc.) Please do not harass our staff members if your delivery has not arrived at the estimated time, shoot us an email poppantheon20@gmail.com and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

Your items will be dispatched from Brisbane, QLD and you can select your suburb to find an estimated delivery time.

Lost items

Please be aware that Australia Post will not allow an investigation to begin on missing items until a period of three weeks (15 business days) after the parcel has been handed over at the local depot.

If you feel you have not received your order and your tracking information is showing that it should have already been delivered or surpasses the estimated time frame of delivery by a significant amount of time (refer above), please email us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve the situation or point you in the right direction.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pop Pantheon. Pop Pantheon offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Pop Pantheon Pty Ltd is a Registered business (ABN: 23 984 635 362) and by using this online store to place an online order you are accepting the terms and conditions as stated below.

All goods and services supplied by Pop Pantheon Pty Ltd are supplied on the following terms and conditions.

 

All orders placed via our website, Pop Pantheon and/or any of any other platform we are using to sell are bound by the same terms and conditions.

All orders are final once you have placed them across all our websites and/or any platforms we use to sell. We do not allow cancellation's or offer change of mind refund's. Pop Pantheon reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Pop Pantheon reserves the right to cancel and refund any product that is charged incorrectly due to any IT issue. 

Payment must be in full before an order can be finalised and sent. All product pricing will be shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) 

In the case of our products becoming damaged before being sent out or if there are any discrepancies with our inventory such as running out of an item, we will get in contact with you to offer either a) an alternative, or b) a refund on the unavailable product. 

Occasionally the manufacturer will redesign the retail packaging. Therefore, there may be inadvertent in-discrepancies between the images we provide and the product you receive. We try to keep these images up to date as much as possible. However, we will not always know that these changes have been made until after the product has been sent out. We cannot replace any items due to these changes. The item you are purchasing is still accurate to what you ordered, it is just a retail package redesign as per the manufacturer. 

Our company policy on Funko POP Vinyls is as follows:

Funko Pop Vinyls are a mass produced toy line from various factories across the Far East region. Funko have their own Quality Control program to ensure the product they are producing meet with their company standards. As a retailer, we look over the products to ensure they are the correct items and to discard any obviously defective items.

As a mass produced toy line, there are variations in the manufacturing process that do occur. This can include but is not limited to, slight creases, staining or scuff marks on packaging, minor paint variations, stickers included or not included on boxes etc etc. These are all considered "minor variations" in a mass produced product. You should also keep in mind that the packaging of these products are exactly that, a way to get the actual POP vinyl from A to B. They are designed to assist retailers and Funko themselves to promote and sell what is actually inside the box - the collectable toy.

We will not be replacing or refunding products that have "minor variations". The products are still fit for their intended purpose, which is a fun collectable toy to play with or display and there is nothing further we, as a retailer, can do for customers seeking a pristine product.

These products have passed Funko QC and have been deemed fit for retail markets across the globe by Funko. If you have a particular issue with the quality of Funko's products, please contact Funko through their website at www.funko.com to provide that feedback.

The rationale behind this policy is that what is considered a "mint" or "pristine" Pop! Vinyl collectable toy or what is deemed an "issue" with a Pop! is a subjective view held by the individual and varies widely from consumer to consumer. We, as a retailer of collectables, simply have to draw on our collective knowledge and experience in the industry and cast an objective view on what we consider are products that have a "defect" vs products that have a "minor manufacturing variation".

Please note that any order placed through the Pop Pantheon website is subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are finalised and processed under the assumption that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. Pop Pantheon reserves the right to refer to our Terms and Conditions whenever handling customer inquiries under the assumption that the policies outlined here represent an official agreement made between the buyer (customer) and seller (Pop Pantheon.) For any questions or inquiries, please get in touch with Pop Pantheon support prior to placing your order, as we will be happy to provide clarification wherever necessary. 

Shipping and returns: 

Date of delivery is defined within these Terms & Conditions as when the tracking shows the item/s as delivered.

Customers should be aware that all returns and exchanges offered must be received by Pop Pantheon within 30 days of receiving your product at your delivery address. A support representative will contact you within 1-2 business days after receiving your enquiry.

Upon receiving notification of damage or a manufacturing defect, we may request photographic evidence of the parcel and/or the the particular product that has the issue. We will review this photo and contact you at our earliest convenience to discuss your options in relation to the product issue.

Please note that customers are not guaranteed a refund or replacement unless the damage was found to have occurred pre-transit. Pop Pantheon reserves the right to provide back-up images of your products prior to shipping if they were found to have been shipped out in a different condition to the one they arrived in. If your damage has occurred as a result of Australia Post's handling, we recommend getting in touch with the postal service to discuss compensation. If you are unsure, please feel free to message our friendly support staff for more information on the nature of compensation your order may be entitled to.

Change of Mind

Pop Pantheon does not offer refunds for change of mind. In the event you would like to return your item for another product or store credit, the customer is liable for any and all shipping costs associated. The item must be returned to Pop Pantheon in exactly the same condition it was received by the customer.

You must contact Pop Pantheon to discuss any exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Pop Pantheon reserves the right to refuse any return of a product due to change of mind. 

Defective Products:

Pop Pantheon will only issue refunds or exchange products if the item is determined to be defective and if the defective item is returned to us in identical condition as it was received by the customer.

In the event that we deem the product defective we will pay for return shipping costs to our main office. 

Funko factory defects such as minor box variations, scuff marks, creases, and paint smudges are not covered by our return policy. This includes final products which may have slight variations in appearance from Funko's official product images, paint finishes on chrome/metallic items, variations in factory paint jobs, box stickers, etc.

*Please note: A minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the Pop Vinyl figurine itself is not considered a defect or damage and is not subject to a return. 


Refunds:

All refunds are handled at the discretion of Pop Pantheon and will incur a standard 10% restocking or cancellation fee.

 

Unless the product is deemed defective or is explicitly different from the advertised product, customers may not be entitled to a refund or exchange of any kind. 

Refunds

All refunds are at the discretion of Pop Pantheon. Unless your item is deemed defective or is different from what was advertised you will not be entitled to a refund. 

In the event of a refund, you will receive your money in the same manner and currency in which you paid ie. Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.

Credit Card
Refunds to credit card will be made to the exact card that was used to purchase the item. The refund will be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) at the current exchange rate. Pop Pantheon is not liable for any variation in amount refunded due to exchange rates. 

It can take up to 30 days for the refund to show up on the card statement.

In the event of your card expiring or being cancelled, the refund will need to be made through Bank Transfer or Paypal. Pop Pantheon can not refund money onto a different credit card. 

Bank Transfer
If you have paid by Bank Transfer Pop Pantheon will refund the money via Bank Transfer to your Bank Account. In order to do this you must first provide Pop Pantheon with your Account Name, BSB & Account Number. 

Transfers from financial institutions are not instant, and it may take up to 3 - 5 working days from the time the transfer was made to receive your refund.

Returned Orders
In the event that your parcel is returned to our warehouse, which may be the result of an incorrect address entered, an undeliverable address or if the parcel was unclaimed after an attempted delivery, Pop Pantheon will contact you via email in order to organise either reshipment or a store credit refund for the cost of the items.

 

As the shipping fees necessary to deliver your parcel have already been used in the initial shipment we require the cost of shipping to be paid again in order for a secondary dispatch to your location or corrected address. 

Any return fees charged to us by the relevant postal services must also be paid for by the customer prior to re-shipment, as not claiming your parcel from your postal service incurs a charge for us to have your parcel shipped back to us from your location.

Alternatively, we can provide a store-credit refund via an online gift-card code for the cost of the items on your returned purchase. This allows you to place your order again with any other items you’re interested in to help blend the shipping costs over this new order. 

If we receive no response to our initial email after a weeks time we will cancel the order and refund you via online gift card (excluding shipping and any processing/return fees). The email correspondence will be sent to the email address that you have used to place the order, and will also be visible from within your Pop Pantheon account, if you were logged in at the time of purchase.
